Aaron Pritchett is one of Canadian country music's most enduring stars, a multi-time CCMA Award nominee whose two-decade career and crowd-pleasing live shows have made him a fixture of the Canadian country scene. Born May 24, 1970, in Terrace, British Columbia, he came up through the Western Canadian country circuit before signing with Open Road Recordings and launching his recording career in the early 2000s.

His 2001 debut album, Consider This, introduced him to Canadian country fans, and the follow-up, Tangled Up (2004) helped expand his reach. But it was his third album, Big Wheel (2006), that delivered his signature song "Hold My Beer," a rowdy party anthem that became one of Canada's most beloved country tracks and a staple of his live shows.
