Grammy-Winning Country Star Known for Emotional Ballads and Modern Nashville Sound
About Carly Pearce
Carly Pearce's career began at 16 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where she dropped out of high school and moved with her family to perform six days a week at Dolly Parton's Dollywood theme park. Born in Taylor Mill, Kentucky, in 1990, the future Grammy-winning country singer-songwriter relocated to Nashville at 19 and spent nearly a decade grinding through the city's songwriter circuit before securing her first major-label deal.
Her breakout arrived with the 2017 single "Every Little Thing," which she co-wrote and which topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart and was certified platinum. Her debut studio album of the same name (2017) reached #4 on the Top Country Albums chart, establishing her as one of country music's most distinctive new voices.
