Mike Posner is a Grammy-nominated American singer-songwriter, producer, and poet whose breakout hits "Cooler Than Me" and "I Took a Pill in Ibiza" have made him one of the most distinctive voices in modern pop. Born February 12, 1988, in Detroit, Michigan, he began releasing mixtapes while studying sociology at Duke University, building a campus and online following before signing a major-label deal with J Records.
