Old Dominion emerged from Nashville in 2007 by combining contemporary country music with pop-rock hooks and heartfelt lyrics to establish themselves as one of the most successful bands in modern country music. The band members Matthew Ramsey (lead vocals) and Trevor Rosen (guitar/keys) and Whit Sellers (drums) and Geoff Sprung (bass) and Brad Tursi (guitar) started as songwriters who created hits for Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton and Dierks Bentley before they became performers themselves.

The group achieved success when they released Meat and Candy (2015) which included the double-platinum hit "Break Up with Him" alongside fan-favorite tracks "Snapback" and "Song for Another Time."
