Sister Hazel established themselves in 1993 at Gainesville, Florida by merging Southern rock with melodic pop and roots musical elements. The band members Ken Block (vocals, guitar), Jett Beres (bass), Andrew Copeland (guitar, vocals), Ryan Newell (guitar), and Mark Trojanowski (drums) established their musical identity through their energetic jam sessions and feel-good anthems which create deep connections with their audience.

The band achieved success with their 1997 album …Somewhere More Familiar which produced the enduring single “All For You.” The song achieved a position of number 11 on Billboard Hot 100 while becoming a popular radio hit during the late 1990s and achieving multi-platinum sales. The band released consecutive albums starting with Fortress (2000) followed by Chasing Daylight (2003) and Release (2009) which combined meaningful lyrics with memorable musical hooks.
