About The Fray
The Fray emerged in Denver, Colorado in 2002 as a pop rock band that uses piano melodies to create ballads and produces emotional musical compositions. The musical group formed by Isaac Slade (vocals, piano) and Joe King (guitar, vocals) gained fast popularity through their melodic music and emotional lyrics which combined rock elements with commercial radio-friendly hooks.
The Fray released their debut album, How to Save a Life in 2005 which became successful because of its two major hits “Over My Head (Cable Car)” and the title track which received widespread radio play and reached the Billboard Hot 100.
