The Pretty Reckless established themselves as a hard rock band in New York City in 2009 after actress Taylor Momsen joined as their lead vocalist. The band achieved instant success with their ability to merge classic rock music with contemporary edge through their aggressive musical approach and fearless demeanor. The musical collaboration between Taylor Momsen (vocals), Ben Phillips (guitar), Mark Damon (bass) and Jamie Perkins (drums) generates a strong and haunting musical sound.
Their debut album Light Me Up (2010) introduced two aggressive tracks: “Make Me Wanna Die” and “My Medicine.”
