070 Shake emerged from North Bergen, New Jersey's 070 collective in the mid-2010s as one of the most distinctive voices in a new generation of genre-blurring artists. Born Danielle Balbuena in 1997 to Dominican-American parents, she started uploading music to SoundCloud with her local crew before catching the attention of Kanye West's G.O.O.D.
