Jeremih is a multi-platinum American R&B singer, songwriter, and producer whose hit singles "Birthday Sex" and "Don't Tell 'Em" have made him one of the genre's most consistently successful voices of the past 15 years. Born Jeremy Phillip Felton on July 17, 1987, in Chicago, he was raised on a deep love of music — playing piano, drums, saxophone, and trumpet by high school — before signing his major-label deal with Def Jam.

His 2009 debut single "Birthday Sex" became an instant smash, reaching #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning multi-platinum certification. The song carried his self-titled debut album Jeremih (2009) to commercial success and established him as one of R&B's most distinctive young voices.
